Multiply your height in meters with the same number. Then use the number you get to divide your weight. If you get a score between 26 and 27, you should live very long and healthy.
This is an example of calculating the length of life for a man 1.80 meters tall and heavy 87 kilograms. First, multiply the height by the same number:
1.80 x 1.80 = 3.24
We take this result and divide the weight of 87 kilograms with it.
87: 3.24 = 26.85
We got 26.85. That means that the person that calculation was based on belongs to those who will live long and healthy, although according to the usual criteria this person has extra 15 kilograms.
If at the end of calculation you get a number below 22, you can even gain a few pounds. However, if according to this formula you get a score above 29, you need to lose weight in order to live longer.
