We all know that men are visual beings who prefer to make love with lights on and be constantly surrounded by naked women. Women, on the other hand, although they appreciate visual qualities, don’t rely too much on them during the intercourse.
However, the latest research has shown that this quality can cost them dearly when it comes to love life. Namely, scientists have found that pornography can have a disastrous effect on a love relationship, making a man unhappy with what he sees in bed - scenario and visual material that men adopt by watching love films directly affect their activities in the bed and experiences.

In research which included 487 male students, it was discovered that men who watched those movies often, showed a tremendous tendency to put those scenes into reality. However, most of them didn’t lose sight of the fact that in the this industry there are professionals who follow the script and instructions.
Unfortunately, despite the fact that there are porn movies of neutral or positive content, most of them are based on violence against women and their degradation. Any kind of gentle relationship, like hugging, kissing, cuddling or making compliments, can hardly be seen- what is mostly represented is a cold, unpleasant and violent relationship among the participants. And this is not something that women want to experience in bed.
The research showed that in men who were exposed to those movies on a daily basis, a certain form of addiction appeared over time, and only with the help of these films they managed to maintain the state of love arousal.

The key to the problem lies in the inability to separate the fantasy from reality - they would always be disappointed in their relationships because their expectations are based on what they saw in the film.
On the other hand, men, who were much less exposed to the influence of “dirty movies”, did not have this problem.
The Independent magazine also noted that the increasing presence of pornographic content is one of the reasons why year after year fewer people decide to get married.
‘In order for a person to marry, they should want to satisfy another need besides those in the bed. Cheap and available pornography is there unequivocally associated with a reduction in the number of marriages’, says the text.
