You fight bad habits, wrong people. You always choose things that you should leave alone. You look for a fight where you shouldn’t. Your heart and brain are always in some sort of conflict. And in the end, you end up in bruises.
You do bad things, but you are not a bad person.
You say you'll go to the gym, but instead of going you rather eat a whole pizza by yourself. Someone needs you, but you're suddenly unavailable. You text that not-so-hot guy because you are afraid to sleep alone. The bartender at a nearby cafe knows almost everything about you.
You cry over situations that happened long ago.
You're killing yourself because of what you did in the past. The Past is always by your side. You think that because of the past you don’t deserve happiness. You are currently swimming in self-loathing because of the things you can’t change.
Just because you've done some bad things, doesn’t mean that you are a bad person.
Not to mention, the bad is subjective. Something you consider wrong, may not be so for someone else. Remember, to screw up, make mistakes, it all just means you're human. You are a human being who is not perfect. Please get that into your head. No matter what you’ve done or do, you still deserve love and health and satisfaction and happiness and abundance in all areas of life.
You are allowed to rise above all you think is bad.

The Past is part of you, but only you still bear it inside. Leave it where it belongs. You are allowed to grow. Learn something from all your failures. Bad things don’t negate everything that is good in you. And remember, there is so much good in you. Even if you can’t see it now.
