1. Fetal position
Fetal position in which a person sleeps on her side, with curled feet, is one of the most common sleeping positions. People who sleep in this position often can seem rough on the outside while they are quite sensitive. They often think too much and care unnecessarily.
2. Military position
Position in which you lie on the side, completely straightened, with your arms against your body, is called the military sleeping position. Even though it seems stiff, the person who sleeps this way is anything but rigid. Such people are very social and easy to communicate. Even though they can get along with various types of people, they prefer socializing with people who are important. Such people can be trusted, except that sometimes they may seem a bit gullible.
3. Semi-military position
Even though it resembles military position a lot, this position is different from it in the position of shoulders and arms which are laid in front of you, closer to the pillow. Researches show that people who sleep in this position are mainly very accessible and open, even though they may be suspicious and often cynical. Such people are also slow as turtles when it comes to making decisions, but once they decide something, they are pretty stubborn and hardly can change opinion.
4. On the back
A person who sleeps on the back, with hands by the body is usually very strong, the peaceful type who doesn't like exploiting. They are very serious, and that is how they see their surrounding. This also means that they have great expectations, both from themselves and from the others. It is possible that they often snore.

5. Starfish position
This is actually little-altered position number 4, and the difference is in the position of arms which are most often above the head, on the pillow. People who take a nap or sleep in this position are loyal and friendship is very important to them. They love listening to others, even when it comes to problems, and they would do whatever is in their power to help solve those problems.
6. Freefall position
Those who sleep on their stomach with hands around the pillow, with their head on the side are often sociable, but cheeky people, with weak and thin nerves. Such sleepers don't like criticism or extreme situations.
