A lot of people in the world think that Friday the 13th bring bad luck, but according to Dutch analysts, it is not that bad
They even claim that Friday the 13th is safer than any other Friday in the year.
The research of Dutch Centre for Statistics and Insurance show that fewer traffic accidents, fires and burglaries happen on Friday the 13th than any other Friday.
"It is hard to believe that only because of the date, people drive more carefully, or just stay at home, but statistically speaking, driving is the safest on Friday the 13th", says one of the analysts.
In the last two years, according to their data, 7.800 traffic accidents on average happen on an 'ordinary' Friday, while an average for Friday the 13th is 7.500.
On Friday the 13th, fewer fires and burglaries occur.
